Drunk and watching star trek:tng. iin?

So . . . I'm quite drunk right now. Is it normal to feel more emotion when I am drunk. I don't cry during movies or television serieseses(is series also the plural of series?). At least until now I haven't. I'm watching the episode where they find Data's head below San Francisco. In this episode it becomes apparent that Data will die at some point in the future after having gone back in to the past (sci-fi bullshit is much more "woah" inducing when inebriated). During the episode much of the crew of the NCC-1701-D contemplate Data's mortality. It just made me very sad. He is my favorite character. It also makes me sad knowing that he is unable to feel what it is I and the crew have been feeling because he is an android. . . . Is it normal to cry a little bit watching Star Trek when drunk?

This is Armus for anyone that has a surplus of fucks to give.

Peace and long life . . .

Your alcohol levels will boldly go where no alcohol level has gone before.

I fucking love Star Trek: TNG. I wore Data's uniform for Halloween a couple of days ago (his rank and the Engineering uniform, technically). Watching TNG inebriated makes the "whoa" factor so intense that it's easy to ignore some of the shitty acting (I'm looking at you, Marina Sirtis).

I can't think of a single reason why this wouldn't be considered normal. I'm glad you are having a good night.
I believe series is both a singular and a plural form, but I am no English major, so perhaps someone else will chime in on this?

I apologize for the super nerdy/geekiness you are about to experience.

What makes it even more heartbreaking is that Data had an opportunity to feel as we do. Dr. Noonian Soong--creator of both Data and his identical brother Lore-- created a chip compatible with Data's type-r positronic brain that would allow Data to feel. Unfortunately, Lore--Data's cunty brother--tricked the good doctor in to giving him the chip. Thus leaving Data ignorant for all time with regard to the majesty that is human emotion.

Well . . . Data dies in Nemesis but we don't know that yet. Oh the humanity!!!

      . . . Or lack thereof.

I can't watch any of the harry potter movies whilst drinking, lol especially the later movies. I start throwing out the avada kedavra curse and bitching at the death eaters.
