Drowsy after lunch

I get drowsy after lunch. It does not matter what I eat, how much I eat, when exactly I eat or what the weather is. To get over it, all it takes is 20-30 minutes of sleep and I am refreshed. I get into deep sleep during this short time, after that I am fully refreshed. This happens only after lunch. Does this happen to you too?

I usually come in 15 mins late in the side door so Lumberg doesn't see me. I usually just zone out for the first couple hours and for an hour after lunch. In a day I really only do about 15 mins of real work.

I've never been the type of person that naps, but it is normal for some people, like you.

In Mexico, it's called a siesta. Other societies also observe a tradition of an afternoon nap, but they might also work very late and have dinner at 10 pm.
