Dreams that come through

right here goes!!...is it anyway normal to dream something that is actually happening at that moment you dream it. i had a dream whereby i was lyin in bed and i had pissed it...then i woke up and i was startin to wet the bed and i thought i was still dreamin so i didn't cop on to stop myself!!...it was almost as if my brain was tellin me ''wake up it's actually happenin..funny or what!!

can anyone relate to that??
