How come I have dreams of my ex boyfriend trying to rape me? Not racist or anything but he was black and he kinda scared me. What do I do?

Its your mind he scared you more then you think it left an imprint that comes out in your dreams. sorry dont know how to get rid of it though.
Dreams can mean many different things, depending on the meaning associated with the symbols. Although, in this case- I would say that your fear of him, for whatever reason, is bleeding into your dreams. Perhaps, he has cause you harm before or you were raised to be intimidated by black men. You should find the reason behind the fear and resolve it- could also see a psychologist since we are not medical practitioners.
As to it being normal, I think it can be for some.
