Dreams = wake up

I go to sleep very late, about 1am and get up at 5am but if I don't dream during the night I'm really lazy in the morning and go back to sleep and if I do dream I get straight out of bed and don't need to sleep again after that.

    I think this may be because (and I'm not certain) when u dream your in REM sleep which is the most restfull phase of sleeping. Therefore if you have no dream you probably didn't get any REM and feel sluggish.

  • It's probably just the sleep pattern you've set for youself. you need more sleep, lack of sleep is really bad (not like I can talk) but I do want to change my sleeping habits. You can change it if you want

    I'm the opposite. If I'm dreaming when I have to wake up, I always want to go back to sleep to finish the dream. However, if I manage to wake up when I'm not dreaming, I can get up almost instantly.
