Well, This is my first story, so please dont judge me if I sound wierd...

So I've gotten some wierd dreams in my life, which where all based on supernatural or religious happenings. I've never had one in real life, but used to dream about them ALOT. Sometimes I would share the stories with my family, sometimes I wouldn't, but it's always strange and slightly freaky to me.
For example; Once I had a dream that i went to sit on the toilet, which I knew nothing about in real life, and there was a mirror cabinet thing on the wall to my left. As I looked into the mirror, I saw an arm reach out of the mirror and come towards me, but I also saw my friends face in the mirror right besides the arm. I knew it wasnt't his arm because of the different skin tones, but yeah. As the hand came to grab my face, I woke up.
It's funny though, because i never wake up screaming or anything, I just open my eyes, and then try to clear my mind and start the day.
That dream might have sounded pretty lame, but they get scarier, so please don't question me about that.
But anyways, the thing I wanna get at is that not so long ago I stopped having these dreams. I don't know why, but I did.

My dreams to me are sometimes seen as signs to what will happen in future events . My mother told me that when I was about 5 years old, I told my uncle, who is a Christian Paster, about a dream I had which was based on the poverty of the world which was soon to happen. I was 5 years old and I was getting messages...
Also last year, me my mother and sister all dreamt about my father, who was away, and soon after I told her, my father rang to say that he was coming home.

Im getting slightly carried away, but I would really like to share this dream with you, whoever you may be :)
1 or 2 years ago I had a dream, which involved an old house that I lived in with my family. One night we came home, went to the back garden, and found 3 black birds or doves ( I cant remeber that well :S ) which had been crucified... Nailed onto wood. Maybe I was thinking about Jesus and the two men besides him, but I wanna know if someone gets anythign from that.
Also please help me find out why I have not had any dreams which have had any real meaning

    Sometimes These Dreams Can Be Caused My Stress, Tiredness, Or A Overloaded Mind (Thinking About Too Many Things)... I Sometimes Have Dreams About What I Was Thinking About Before I Went To Sleep...

    They May Have Stopped Because You Have Been Busier, Less Stressed, Or The Reaction To Your Growing Up. The Messages Sent To The Human Brain During Sleep May Have Been Disfunctioned During Sleep, Which Means You Will Have Normal Dreams Now?

    I think you're normal but maybe not too rational. There isn't anything unusual dreamwise that you stated. If you have been brought up to be religious you will have dreams that relate to religion. If you had been brought up in another religion your dreams would reflect that. The dream from when you were 5 is the only dream there you could really relate to the future, but you could also relate it to the present and the past, to the news, to the church teachings. I used to dream about war outside my house as a kid, I didn't know it worried me but it obviously did.

    Attentional bias, confirmation bias, hindsight bias, illusory correlation, subjective validation, availability heuristic, choice-supportive bias....but probably not religious prophecy.

    maybe i can be of some help with your weird dreams and why they may have stopped. first of all is it possible that the three birds could be a signal saying that soon their will be marytry before the war is over. like one of the seals in the book of revelations. As for you not seeing any dreams it may be that you just are not able to remeber them until you need to use them for a certain reason, that will give you of the feeling of dasacha vew (reliving the moment). I know that sounds weird but that is how must of my dreams recently react to me now because my mind has evolved enough so that the most inactive part of the normal of a humans brain is increasingly active to paranormal events.

    here's my take on dreams. you have both a conscious and unconscious mind. both minds work independently pretty much while you are awake. both minds see, hear, fear, want, know. then when we are dreaming, somehow all those things get stirred up into some sort of story. sometimes you wake up fearful of a dream, only to not even realize what was so scarry in the first place.

    it isn't uncommon for three people to think about the person who is away, so all of you dreaming about your dad seems normal to me. the fact that he called is expected, isn't it.

    lots of people think that dreams are messages. sometimes dreams are shocking, in that they do come true. it's a mystery.
