Dont understand condoms

Is it normal that i have tried on a condom,and it wont stay on,hows it supposed to stay on a straight shaft?am i doing it wrong? is the base supposed to go over your testicles? is that lube make them stick on?

    It doesn't go over your testicles. When you open the wrapper, make sure you're holding it the right way.

    There should be a bit of condom sticking up, so grip that firmly beween your thumb and finger, place the condom above your penis and carefully roll the condom down to the end of your shaft.

    Also condoms come in different sizes in some places, so maybe it's that but hope that helped a bit.

    Condoms usually aren't worn over the testicles. It either doesn't fit because you stuffed your testicles in them or it is because the condom size is too big to fit your penis size.
