I don't much like saying what I think the future does or doesn't look like. I've been right as many times as I've been wrong.
What I can say about the polls is that the way they've made their numbers couldn't possibly conclude real results, because -most- Bernie supporters aren't big on political participation as far as the media at least. Many people think Bernie supporters don't know anything about politics, but the fact is Bernie voters are more likely to keep their opinions to themselves and not participate in any polls or even discussion in politics, but they end up going to the polls to vote for him. So you can't really get a theory on them because they aren't giving any hints as to where they stand.
The fact is, the polls have been wrong about Bernie every step of the way. I really don't want to make this call,,, but the polls say that Bernie will lose to Hillary in Florida, badly. I think that the polls are wrong and that Bernie will do far better than the polls say. I'm not going to say he will win or lose, just that he will prove the polls very wrong, again.If you still want to bother with polls, at least as far as I've looked into, Sanders has an average of 5 points over Clinton when comparing who could beat Trump.
This I can believe, because I can see some republicans switching sides and those who do likely voting Sanders over Hillary. I can't see many democrats, however, voting for Trump.It's also worth noting that Media is entertaining the idea of Cruz winning, even though he is 8% behind Trump and the Republicans have many more states under their belt than the democrats in the primaries so far.
Whereas Sanders has been asked to drop out of the race several times even though he's only 5% behind Hillary (not including superdelegates, which are a: incredibly biased, b: not concluded until July and are therefore there just to push people into voting for the 'predetermined winner').
So the media should have little voice in this, because this isn't a normal election first off, and they're the ones who provide polling info which proves to be wrong.
That's something I just wanted to point out for those who think of Cruz as a candidate and Bernie as a joke.
You shouldn't let the system persuade your vote, otherwise it isn't really your voice.As far as best case scenario without Sanders:
The People taking action to get money out of politics. Money in politics is the single most damaging legal crime against The People in modern day history. If our politicians are not our voices, then we don't have voices. It doesn't matter who you elect in any branch of government as long as this can go on. Frankly, this is the only scenario that will make a significant difference and has little to do with who is president, though I do believe that Sanders will push both the Supreme Court and The People into action to stop this. That alone will change the course of the country, as it will cause a large chain reaction of events that will eventually lead to a fair and just society.This all felt very speechy....

Well thank you, Zombs. You too, under-represent yourself which is unfortunate because you, the Douche, Steve-o, and only a few others are the intellectual core of IIN. Your superior argumentation is a breath of fresh air.
As I think about it, Sanders support does seem consistently under sampled by half a standard deviation or so. However, I am pessimistic about the hypothetical outcome of President Sanders stacking the Supreme Court. In a government of the People, by the People, and for Special Interest - Congress only considers issues paid for by wealthy constituents. So, there is not much legislative output that the Court can rule on.

I completely understand your pessimism. I should have been more clear, however.. I don't think Sanders could stack the Supreme Court, I don't think he has the power to. I think Sanders could inspire The People to help him and I think with his voice and our will, we would have a shot. At least, more than we've had so far and more than we'll have with a leader who thinks they can fix things all by themselves. Aka 'work with' those who have no interest in their ideas.

These "elections" are nothing more than entertainment for the masses while the government continues the status quo and the media supports it. We do not have a two party system. Trump, even if many people disagree about his idea about the walls and all. It isn't racist to protect yourself from threats. People think it will start a war, but hell... We already are at war, and while the attention is somewhere else we could be attacked from behind. I Will say this though, I think it is futile to try and kick out those not born in America. It's a very realistic chance those will be the two candidates to choose come Nov. I'm voting for Trump. Donald Trump is not going to make a good president, he's a school yard bully with a chip on his shoulder. That being said I'm still voting for him.
Hillary Clinton isn't even worth considering. Women shouldn't be voting or driving cars, forget about running for president. They have no ability to be rational or make reasonable, logical decisions. Everything, EVERYTHING is based on emotions.
America right now is very similar to Germany in the 1930s. A fatigued nation that is ready to vote in just about anyone because the last 4-5 presidents have continuously ignored the real problems facing this country and I for one have no interest voting another "career politician" into office. We need a dictator, we need someone who is going to force people to do what is necessary for the continuation of our way of life. And someone who will separate out from the herd those who refuse to assimilate and refuse to lead productive lives.
If that leads to war, than so be it.
