It's a trick to make what he's saying more interesting, when in fact, most of what he was about to say is probably boring sh*t.
doesnt really bother me, after all saves me from having to forget what they said later.
i hate it my bf does that all the time he said he always wanted to be a fire fighter and the he stoped and when i asked him y he said his grampa was a fire figther i know he wasnt
If you're OCD like me (in all honesty) then YOU become the annoying one 'cause you're all like "what were you gonna say? what! What! What"!
i just bothers me when there talking and then all the sudden .... ?

Eh, for me it's more that I dislike having to wait for other people to finish their sentences.
I usually know what they're going to say anyway.
