Yes, why would I lie? If my partner didn't like the number, or I didn't like his number, we should probably deal with that. If we don't, then how can we expect to be true partners?

To reveal how many people you have slept with could potentially indicate how promiscuous you are. There is nothing wrong with being honest. To me, it displays naievety when I discover that a girl I'm falling for admits how many guys she fucked. It may not bother some people but to me it is an intellectual matter. I never put my dick in someone just for fun and I never had one night stands. I would expect the same amount of self respect from a girl I would like to have a relationship with. Sex is what you make it and Love is what you make it.

I think this is something you should be honest about for your own sake, in case it comes back to bite you later. I think you have a right to conceal it, but lying about it is dangerous business.
