ranting... doesn't bother me so much. As long as they accept any comment that disagrees with their rant / post.
Too many people here as "is it normal" only to delete any comment that suggests "no it's not normal".
I mean the site IS called "Is it normal?"... NOT "Justify my rant".
Or what about all the douches that ask for advice but complain that the advice isn't what they expected.
It's free advice; take it or leave it, but don't bitch/whine about it.
sometimes its annoying, depends on the content. Its more annoying cos they arent really asking a question, they have already made up their mind.
Mostly yes. If they're not really wanting to hear if it's normal or not, or if they don't want real advice... then yes it's annoying.
The ones I hate the most fall into two categories - although sometimes they fall into both at the same time.
1) People who delete opposing views.
If they don't want to hear "it's not normal" why the fuck are they even here asking "is it normal" in the first place?
Get a blog.
2) People who use this site to justify bad behavior.
Seriously? As if making up an excuse will suddenly justify doing horrible things?
*rolls eyes*
Everyone needs to vent sometimes. I will usually read them if they are well written and make sense.
It is a bit annoying, but usually you can tell what they are getting at, and rants can be quite amusing sometimes.
Maybe we should create a different category for rants?
