Does smoking weed increase your dopamine? is there a scale or something.. to measure the level?

    Your response thc depends. For some people it does create a dopamine flood, for others seratonin & for some it creates a norepinephrine and adrenaline response & that varies according to what strain and what other med's your on & how much you smoke. I wouldn't count on that response lol

    Anything that makes us happy, wether anticipating or actually receiving it, produces dopamine. Just make sure you don't overdo it to the point you become reliant/can't enjoy other stuff anymore.

    Only when you are high. It causes a flood of dopamine to be released in the reward pathway of the brain(all other recreational drugs do the same).
    If you want to increase effects of dopamine in the brain for long periods, that would be done by antidepressant Wellbutrin (bupropion), which is a dopamine uptake inhibitor. Also Wellbutrin is non recreational (causes no high).

    Exercise has a chemically similar effect to weed without making you faded and slobby
