Does turtle massaging actually exist?

I remembering watching this one episode of The Simpsons, and Marge being massaged by a Massage Therapist with 2 Turtles whose legs we're struggling in an attempt to get free, but in the process we're scratching her back. Does this method of massage actually exist? I've never seen it before.

    It probably doesn't. Why don't you make it so (the next craze it shall be!) or look it up online to see if it exists or not?
