I was wondering if anyone else had experienced something like this.
Usually when I get a typical common cold, my nose will clog up, but only in one nostril at a time. Sometimes they both de-clog for a little while and then switch. I've usually got one that's totally breathable. IIN?
Don't you hate it when you're on those people that sleep on their side, and then you have to strategically roll over to unclog one nostril? And then the unclogged nostril gets all chilly? UGH
Lol yeah, i tilt my head to the side and it slowly alternates which side is clogged.
Yes. I have a cold right now, and was actually just complaining about that last night. It gets kinda annoying when you're trying to sleep. Sometimes I use Afrin nasal spray, but like anything else, its not good to use it too often. Sometimes its better to just let it takes its course.
in a way that's funny and then its not yes its normal i hate when it happens because it stays clogged for hours and I'd blow & blow until blood comes out
Actually even when your nose isn't stuffed up you breathe primarily from one and it alternates.
Yep, as of right now my right nostril is clogged but my left one is clear.
One side of my nose is always clogged. Whether I'm sick or not, its annoying
this always happens to me. but usually at night. normally when i sleep, i fill the clogged nostril up with tissue not a lot, just enough so i can still breathe a little. its usually gone by morning and i can breathe through both during the day. try it may work
