There is this one room I hang out in on my break. This guy always comes and sits with me, we're not very good friends so I thought it was kind of weird. People who aren't my close friends don't usually sit with me, I'm considered abnormal and hyperactive. This guy always teases me. I'm really no good at this kind of thing. Do you think he likes me?

I would think so but you would need to provide more detail before being able to come to any real conclusion.
He always says 'aww, do you have to go?' when I leave the room, and he started going there just to hang with me. He also asked me if I liked his shirt today. I don't know what that means. Isn't it normal for people to wait for a compliment on their shirt, instead of asking if someone likes their shirt?
If you're not very good friends with him as you stated, then maybe he's just trying to break the ice and try to get to know you better? Even if it's just teasing, he's trying to make the conversation more lighthearted. You know, instead of just talking about politics or religion.

You don't know him well enough to say that. But I guess he does have an interest in you and the fact he plays with you means he does like you a little bit. But I'd say he's just starting to know you. Do you like him?

Jesus christ, women these days, it seems like unless you get your dick out and start slapping them in the face with it, they don't know if you like them or not.
