Does the possibility of knowing the op effect your reply?

Do you ever consider the post you are commenting on may be someone you know?

If so, does that effect your opinion or do you give it to em straight 100% of the time?

I troll hard.. All day erry day 6

Nope. I would be 100 percent honest with whoever wrote it. Generally I am not good at guessing who wrote what so I would not probably guess anyways. I do notice certain phrases and things certain people talk about. So I might guess those but its uncommon I would be able to guess.

I literally do not think about or guess who the OP is. I treat every post like it is a genuine plea for advice or insight and I don't even think about who might have posted it.

Unless the post is a joke or an obvious troll, but no, it doesn't affect my reply, even if I might know who it is.

I think maybe we post for different reasons. I most often try to help. Emphasise the word try. Sometimes I don't help, but I'm still trying to. Secondary reason for posting is to make someone laugh.

In all cases, my reply is based on what I perceive about the OP from what they've said in the story. If I think I know who they are, I based my reply on everything I've ever seen them write and what I know about them.

People have different senses of humour and different ways of accepting an answer. Some people can take bluntness (and probably even appreciate it). Other people want reassurance. Yet other people want other things.
