Does the lack of interesting crime sadden you?

There's hardly any more interesting and gripping crimes these days. There's not really any prolific criminals who escape arrest for long. There's almost no good heists or well planned robberies.

All we get these days is stupid inner-city violence, internet money fraud and other lame crap.

It's sad to me! I like to imagine what it is like back in the day when a whole city or nation is scared for a decade due to a serial killer. Or when the nation is following a Bonnie and Clyde type.

Even when someone DOES pull off a cool crime, the media ruins it.

    move to the city and become the victim of a crime so you can get a front row seat to the action. I hear congested areas are well endowed with crime

    i think this is so because most countries are living in a police state and not aware of it such as America and especially ENGLAND we are constantly been surveillance so most creative crimes are stopped before it happens. and also that urge we have to be violent is satisfied by video games and movies too so next generation is even becoming more tame and docile. not saying violent is good. just saying human nature is been suppressed more.

    I don't usually bother to notice crime on the news etc... Even if it was interesting, i don't think i would give a crap for long. There a far more interesting things to pay attention to.
