Does melatonin make you horny?

So I got these stress mints I tried. I gave some to my other sex freind. They started acting horny and high. I was very uncomfortable. I know melatonin suppose to make you sleep better but I didn't think it would have that sort of effect. This person later got angry since I refuse to drunk with them but if they get this way on melatonin I can't imagine how scary they get drunk. Totally not dealing with that nonsense.

    I have taken melatonin too many times to count and it has never ONCE made me feel horny.

      So like it's not normal they tried to get sexual with me? They were acting like I gave them Hermione or liquor. They said it was because the stress mints and they couldn't help.how horny they made them. That they were having a hard time not having sex with me. I thought it was odd since the mints didn't have that influence on me.

          I mean they never did anything. They kind of tried and I guess held themselves back. I just was bewildered why it had no effect on me personally. So I wanted to know if this was a real thing or if they were bullshitting me. Which if they were being genuine they clearly need to stay away from all substances as they might harm somebody.

    Idk if it was the melatonin but it’s happened to me. There’s times when it does and there’s times when it just gets me super sleepy
