Does he have a crush on me?

I really like this guy but I don't know if he likes me back, I have seen signs like complimenting me on my acting and asking me to play video games, and my friend says that he looks at me a lot but I'm really not sure?

First of all, he constantly compliments me about my acting in front of others like seriously! He always says "Raquel was impeccable with her acting as usual because she's so amazing" and also "Raquel I have told you so many times but you are such an amazing actor!"

Next, he asks me to play video games. We were walking home one day and he asked if I was good at call of duty and I said yes. Apparently, according to my brother, he was lying to me about some achievements that he never had but I think he was trying to impress me which is okay:) We have played video games at least twice and he told me that I am really good and even better than him!

Finally the staring; according to my friend this guy stares at me a lot and sometimes I see it too. He also blushes a bit, however, keep in mind he is a really shy guy. I don't really know what any of this means? Does he like me? Does he think of me as a friend help!?
