Nope. Faking it is like using a band-aid for a stab wound. Why? Because deep down the opinions will still matter, and it'll eat away at you.
What you really need to do is build confidence, become comfortable in your own skin, understand that everyone you meet isn't always going to agree, and learn to not give a shit. Along with that, just know that there are a ton of people out there who will love you just the way you are, but first start with loving yourself.
I'm not small 7.5 inch. But I've talked to girls said how you use it is important. A 4 inch fat dick hits the clit so it does the job as well as 8 inch. I've read 6 inch is as good as 7-8-or 9. The inside of the hole has feelings but nothing compared to the clit.
