Does being abnormaly unatractive limit your relationships in life

First impressions are very hard to overcome. You need to find a way to accent the positives in your looks and stop stressing. A smile can overpower any defect and a genuine interest in others can overshadow any first impression, leaving you accepted and cared for.
I know many men and women terribly scarred and crippled by war, that have wonderful lives with beautiful partners.
It's all in how you wish to be seen, not in what you look like.

I don't think you're destined to be alone. Just find chicks in your own league and you should be fine.

There is someone for EVERYONE out there, I am telling you. Someone I knew through a job I used to work at had a facial deformity and I felt so bad for them. They were so incredibly nice and had a lot going for them and boom, out of nowhere someone with a similar facial problem came into their life. I'm not sure how they found them but they seemed really happy together.

As someone said ... you just gotta approach girls in your own "league" and do what you can to improve your looks. Hit the gym! Grow your hair out/get a haircut.

And if you truly are ABNORMALLY ugly ...save up some cash for plastic surgery if this is something that bothers you.

Believe it or not, there are actually people who are attracted to deformities and ugly faces. It's a fetish thing, but it's definitely out there. I forget what they call it but, look it up.

I've seen some gorgeous women with some ugly looking guys.

You just gotta find the right person that will accept your abnormalities. It's all in the mind. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Being ugly is no picnic but it doesn't mean you will be alone. I see ugly men and women with partners every day. It helps if you have charm, humor and are able to make good conversation. Of course being rich helps lol. But some of my friends are with drop dead ugly guys who appeal to them in some way.

I like to believe there's a person out there for everyone. You would be surprised just how accepting some people can be. Like women who get married/fall in love with serial killers knowing they are a serial killer. That is just crazy, but if there are people who can accept a serial killer, I'm sure there are people who would accept you.

Or heck look at that reality TV show "Honey Boo Boo". Mama June is not attractive by any standards but she has found herself a man who is loyal and deeply loves and cares for not just her, but for her 5 daughters (4 of whom aren't even his). If THAT can happen, you have a shot too. Remember its about personality too. I've dated a guy who was really good looking but we did not get past the first date because he was just so....socially impaired.

People will judge a book by its cover. If you can manage to get someone to open your book, to look past the cover, I feel like your appearance wouldn't matter. Some people, though, refuse to step back and look at the big image. The people who are on your side are the ones with open minds.

I think yes, an unappealing look does limit everything in life, but i wouldn't know since i'm exactly the opposite. Abnormally attractive.

It seems like you have a great personality, and it's only your appearances that are in the way. I do think they are a hindrance, only because a bunch of people in our society are really judgmental and mean. But I also believe that there is someone for everyone. Is surgery a possibility at all? There is the possibility of correcting your looks if you wish.
