Does anyone ever get restricted calls?

I keep getting these restricted calls. They never say anything when I answer just dead silence. Recently, they left a voice message 1st one was 'Answer me' in a whisper, 2nd was 'I miss you baby'. Stupid fucking prank callers! Don't you have something better to do with yur time??

I went to the police to have them trace my caller. 1
I call under restricted to mess w/ people because I am a douche. 2
I call random #'s under restricted to mess with them. 0
I always scare the crap out of them whenever I get them. 0
Stupid idiots who have nothing better to do call ppl under restricted. 7
I only call and mess with people I know under a restricted # 1
I got fed up with restricted calls so I changed my #. 3
I get them sometimes, It doesn't bother me. 6

    I never answer my phone anyway! Hah! Sucks for the prankers! However, I would love to mess with a prank caller ;)

    I get calls from iran iraq and islam im like "du shit why dey calling me"

    Um, you can usually have a feature on your phone thru your phone company to block unknown calls. It will force the caller to reveal who they are or else they can't call. I use it, I have Vonage, I know for sure othr companies do it too. Just call and ask for restricted number blocking. The caller will have to dial *67 or *82 (or something like that) to get thru.

    Yeah there are people who get restricted calls. They are called cops. Jerk. And they are probably wondering what the fuck is going on too.

    i get those all the time, kinda makes me pissed,it's like if your going to trick call someone at least have the bravery to say something. but most of the time i just ignore them
