Does anyone else have the problem of eating and eating and eating?

So I feel the need to ea all of the time..like I love food.. and I've thought I might be a compulsive eater or eat my feelings away..if u know what I meann..no I don't have worms or parasites.. I just wanna know if anyone else has this problem annd what I can do about it? I've tried eating healthier which I'm good at..I can't really excercise..and I wanna lose this weight I've gained..I'm 5'8" and last year I weighed 132..I now weigh 172 /:

    the only exercise that u would think to do is the easiest of all. yep u guessed it right...jumping jacks. try doing 100 every 3-4 hours. i do 125 every 6 hours

    whenever u have a craving for food and it hasnt been that long since u had something to eat then just drink a glass of water, medium size is enough. drink lots of water. it helps with appetite.

    Oh man, i used to have his problem. I would go out to eat, and as soon as i got home i would be in the fridge or the pantry looking for something to snack on, it was bad. Thats why i went raw, so that i can eat and eat and not really get fat :D

    yeah... its called gluttony. bless me for having a high metabolism but i dont want to abuse it any further cause the tummy is kind of forming, a little..

    self control. its the only solution. and a regular eating pattern. actually.. LIGHT snacking 24/7 can help you reduce your intake COMPARED TO /EATING/ 24/7. does this make sense? you gotta start somewhere.. good luck.

    yes i have the same problem. i LOVE food, but I'm not overweight, but I'm still heavy for my height and frame size. I didn't want to choose the first option because i know i'm not the only one.

    I used to have this problem when I would eat sod, table sugar, processed foods. i've substituted all table sugar with organic honey. (regular honey can be table sugar placed in bee hives and almost as bad, not to mention more pesticides that u even wanna know). when I eat honey, I don't want to keep eating. it's a chemical in your brain called leptin that is produced to let us know when to stop eating. processed foods don't stimulate it and makes u want more and more.... (manufacturers don't mind bcuz u will buy more). I also do not desire any junk food at all. it's what nature intended. healthier emotionally, physically the only way to go!

    I'm a good weight. If anything I'd like to be a bit bigger. I have a high-ish metabolism so I keep eating and wanting to eat, but at the moment I don't have loads of cash to buy loads of food. So I'm perpetually hungry :/

    I think about food constantly but hardly ever act on it. I honestly fantasize about a deep dish pizza with pineapple and a few other toppings from Domino's but know that I won't ever eat it because I know how much fat it contains. So what helps me (I'm weird that way but it does work for me though) is that I fantasize about the food I'm craving, think about where it'll go on my body then eat something that is still flavorful and hearty but not AS fattening as the pizza. That way you can feel proud of yourself for not going overboard but still satisfy your desire for savory foods.

    I used to just smoke and eat eat eat then smoke and do it over...Im 6'4 250...It just really feels like I am insatiable....eat a whole meal...then stomach growling 1 hour later...if i didnt walk 2.5 miles a day i shudder to think how fat i would be...

    The way I lost my weight, 270 to 155 and my height is 6'1" is that I stopped and thought about the foods that I was eating and did not like just to stay fat. Then I decided that is was just about everything. I went on a low-fat diet plan. Gave up all beef products, pork, dairy, and crackers.

    What I am saying is this, think about what you are eating to keep your weight up and state to yourself do I really like that or am I eating it to be over-weight?
