Does anyone actually read beyond the title of a question?
This part. Right here. Do people normally read this, because by the answers I usually get on my posts not many people actually do.

I always read the whole thing because you cannot answer a question if you only listen to part of it.
If the post is well written, I will read the whole thing, but if not I will transform into a grammar nazi and make cynical remarks about the bad spelling.
Sometimes, I think, especially in cases of the question being described with a lot of text, I'll be lazy and vote if I think I have understood the gist of it, even though I haven't read the whole thing thoroughly.
Mostly, I do read it all before voting or commenting.
I tend to read the whole thing but I'm sure how much a lot of people read depends on how well it was written.
I only comment on stories where I have read all the text..even comments already posted. If it's a long post and the first couple of sentences (if there are any) are trolling or do not make a point, I move on but if it is a well thought out post I will offer my opinion even if it takes a few minutes to read.
