Does andropenis work?

Less than an inch away from 7 inches... but I'm done growing. I know that the generall rule of thumb for penis enhancement is "don't believe it, it's a scam." However, a local radiostation I liked had a segment where once every month, they would give an update on how the Andropenis was doing. The guy claims to have gained a quarter inch in four months. I realize that they could have very well been paid by the makers of Andropenis, which is why I'm asking if any of you have tried it. (For the haters, I don't care how stupid it sounds to wear something on your penis, or that I shouldn't be concentrated on my size, because an extra quarter inch would put me above 7 inches lol)
