I try to do it as much as possible. I haven't been working out for a few weeks and have been eating junk food like sweets and ships and pizza. Not proud of myself. I have a feeling if I didn't stop, I would see results now.....= ( I gotta get back to it and back to better eating!
I go through phases of regular workouts and no exercise at all. I never get fat, but I just feel like this fine body of mine could be toned to perfection and a sturdy machine, rather than just have the potential to be a solid bit of man-steel.

I do work out about every other day, I try to eat good and have recently been cutting a lot of carbohydrates out and been eating more protein foods; definitely feel better.
