T-25 and Insanity if I'm feeling a little... insane. In the summer, I was working out everyday, but now that schools here, it's usually only the weekends for me. I probably should do some during the weekdays but... ehhhhhh. >.<

I walk a lot, mainly for transport. Then I try to eat healthily. Sometimes, maybe 1-3 times a week I'll do 25-50 push-ups or 10 pull-ups.

I'm not buff, but I think I'm lean. There are some shadows between the upper ab muscles.

    • Hehe yeah. I try to work out everyday, one hundred sit ups and push ups. I also try to run certain days of the night, but it's hard to start back up when you fell off of the routine.

I walk around the city often.
Also, the wilderness and a fucking mountain is the back yard so I hike a lot.
Part of my treatment plan is physical therapy, so I also go there and work on muscle control stuff.

Today though.. I haven't done shit.

    • That sounds really fun. I try to run a mile around midnight, which is relaxing a bit, just because its dark out.

I`m trying to work out at home but sometimes it`s so hard to make myself do it. It`s good that you can save money and time. But I think you should have a great motivation to keep working out regularly.

    • Exactly. The best way to do it is start off slow and just jump into into it. When starting slow uou can build up to her sets of whatever your doing. So I would do fifty sit ups ans pushups for a week, or even more just to get my body use to my plan.

Currently I'm sick and spaced out to work out. Each time I try, it goes horribly wrong(nausea, seeing spots, vomiting.) It's been a week already with no exercise and it's frustrating.

But anyway, I used to look like a pig. I never exercised, I ate whole pizzas, whole boxes of cereal, heck anything in large portions. I kept going on diets over the years and then quitting them because I was so goddamn lazy. It wasn't until I did my own research and picked out some online exercises that I started seeing progress. I even shelled out some money for some machines I could use at home and even started watching what I ate. I'm quite happy with the results.

Yes and no. I keep a active and healthy lifestyle. I mountain bike, BMX (on dirt), ride dirt bikes/ street bikes, Jog (for fun), I really like hiking and being outdoors, rock climbing. Practice martial arts and meditation. I do a lot of weird shit, man. I also mostly eat kosher or organic(hate putting chemicals into my body). Im not the fittest guy in the world. However, no one ever starts shit with me so I must look formidable.

You don't have to work out everyday to have a nice body. Just watch what your putting into your body. And burn those excess calories.
