Do you want to live to be old?

Oh god no. I want to die at somewhere around 40, the idea of slowly becoming an irrelevant drag to society and those around me whilst my body begins to fail is just awful to me.

How old is old? I wouldn't want to live longer than 70.

Living old sounds much more fun than dying young.

It'd be great to live old and have decent health. Being young feels like being in a perpetual rush for me. Gotta get the degree, gotta start a career, gotta start a family or a life or your business etc. And you only have x amount of time to do so or you failed and wasted your youth.

I think it'd be great to be old and be past that.

The thought of being old frightens me. I can't really see living past my forties. On another hand, I would like to live for as long as I'm destined to. I just don't want to be senile, wrinkling (There's noting wrong with a few wrinkles.), and smelly. I especially don't want to see the people I love/care for die around me. I don't want to ravaged by the sands of time. Who wants to be?

I'd like to die as painlessly as possible, I'm not really concerned about the age of my death as long as it's natural.

I would like to live long enough to have a family. And then if I did have a family I'd probably wish to live to be old to see kids/grandkids grow.

But as of now I don't have that so I could die tomorrow and be ok with it.

Yes, as long as my quality of life is decent. I always imagine as an old person that I'll sit on a rocking chair outside looking at nature and reminiscing. What's not to love?:D

Either that, or I get completely fucked over and don't have any money or a pension and have a rubbish life where I get treated like crap and no one cares for poor old banana and my fellow OAPs.:'( I'll have gotten mouldy by then and no-one likes mouldy fruit!D: They better give me a free bus pass!:@ I'd have been waiting for it my whole life. Ooh, now I'm curious about how transport will have changed if I make it that far. And I genuinely can't wait for the day when I can call some kid a whippersnapper and be old enough to pull it off.:D

I would like to live long enough to experience the technological singularity. Some estimates put this event at 2040/50, whilst others say that it will never occur (I do hope that they are wrong).

I will be aged somewhere between 50 and 60 when it does strike :)

I would like to die when I'm in my 20's or 30's. Or even teens.

I would like to live to a ripe old age just to spite all the people who would wish me gone, & have the satisfaction of outliving them. One the other hand, i don`t look forward to being decrepid, & having loads of illnesses & being on tons of medication. It`s so unfair that nature punishes us for living too long.

You mean more years of this bull shit? Not even that old yet and I am already sick of it. Why am I even here anymore? My usefulness has died long ago with my hopes and dreams. Not that I care about such nonsense anymore. Fame is the wish of a child. I will just die a no one who did an alright job while alive. Nothing special and nothing great but whatever.

To 50 or so, I don't know how it'll turn out though, I expect to be found dead in a cell sometime in my 40's. But the way I'm going it'll all be out in the open in maybe a decade or so from now.

I plan to become most notorious indeed, they'll write books about me a hundred years from now. This will undoubtedly lead to my premature death, something I'm already at peace with, and have been since my teenage years when the "idea" first came to be.
