    I used to, but stopped after I got zoom whitening. I find mouthwash unnecessary.

    Crest Pro-health. floss, brush, & use it every night. I trade off between that & Listerine so I don't end up with bacteria that's resistant to one or the other. My trouble with gum disease came to an end since I started this routine.
