Not in the classical format of WW I and WW II where you had multi-national alliances fighting for years in a mechanized air, land, and sea war.
You may still have multi-national alliances. But a full scale world war is likely over in a few weeks, and perhaps a few days. There may be no winner; and the global population will certainly be the looser.
