our lives might suck but at least were able to use a computer, unlike some people.
My life sucks, people think I'm happy but they don't know what it's like for me. I've been betrayed, lied to and feel so lost and out of place. Then I see people who are all, "Oh no! I don't have a brand new outfit to wear to the party!" and I wish I had their kind of problems. :(
Its not that they have better lives im happy with MYSELF as I am, but its just that they brag about the things they've done "Ohhh I earned my pHd in this...or I got married!"
and the one that annoys me the most is "my baby is the most beautiful baby in the world!" come over here and coo my baby!
its things like that which society considers "happiness" that, no then by those standards i dont have happiness, i am nonetheless happy with myself
i have a currently shitty life. if i had my own house or apt then i would have a great life!
my lifes not the best, but i cant complain because i know it will get better.

Probably many of them have better jobs however my issues are my own fault. I would never begrudge them their own good fortunes.
And, on the good side, I have a man who loves me, whom i can trust. he knows most of my worst secrets and still loves me. :)

think about it, at least your not a crack head (i think) or deformed or dead.
My life seems to be getting worse and worse but I try and stay happy because i know things will get better! =D

two months ago I would say I was drowning in despair,
now, I can only say I have a slightly better life than them because they are drowning in ignorance....

having your own place isn't the fix to all of your problems. It's only the beginning.
I said better than mine, but I can't complain. I definitely think I have more obstacles than most of my friends, but compared to the rest of the world its quite good.
None of my friends have more fun than me. I have always treated life as 1 big adventure. xxx
funny thing is, your friends probably think your life is better than theirs. why are we so hard on ourselves?
I'd say my mates turning against me after my parents ugly divorce made their teen years a little better than mine, yeah.
My life doesn't suck but my current /recent situations totally blow! I wouldn't compare it to my friends lives though. One is a fuckin mess on welfare and lost both her kids, the other always had her shit together but had horrible traumatizing things happen to her.
It depends what you mean as a better life... My friends are all over weight and feel really ugly... I'm not. One of my friend's parents are very rich and she gets everything she wants... I live in a small appartment... My crush likes me back... Not my friends... I'm smarter than one of them... One of them is smarter than me... There's a lot of ways to compair us. Basically, we all have a pretty good life.
Not if your stupid, ugly, over/underweight, lack a sense of humour and have severe financial troubles, the list could go on, e.g. infertility, orphaned, molestation. In other words, not everyone has a "pretty good life" and to say so is ridiculous. If you truly believe that then your one of the most optimistic people to walk the earth. Not that, that's a bad thing mind.
How old are you 12? They are spoiled? A lot of the people I know are out of school. Most of my friends have partners and moved away.
