Yes, and I have met clinically registered female sociopaths. While a sociopath is more likely to be male, there are enough female cases that I'd think it'd be common knowledge, you know?
Yes, there are. I think male psychopaths are more common, because most serial killers were men. There was one notable serial killer who was a woman. She killed a bunch of men, and I think she was a lesbian. I've seen her prison interview on YouTube...she's scary.
