I am 5'2", 19 years old and extremely small breasted. I am an 28 A/AA. I have learnt to accept my breasts. They are in proportion to my body anyway and if I got them any bigger, it will look strange. I will still consider surgery but it won't happen any time soon.

Sure you can! All you need is a little confidence. I'm about your height, and for a long time I worried I'd never get a boyfriend because I didn't fit the statuesque supermodel ideal. But lots of guys like short girls. It makes them feel protective, in an old-fashioned way.

As for your breasts, they may still grow. You might just be a late bloomer. But even if they don't, there's nothing wrong with having a smaller bust. In fact, there are advantages. Many outfits are more flattering on a smaller bust, and running/exercising will be more comfortable for you. Also, as several people have pointed out here, lots of guys prefer girls who are smaller on top. So my advice is to be happy with what you have, and if they do grow, it will be a happy surprise!

I'm thinking into doing surgery so my breasts can be smaller... They were always big and I never liked it. There were other woman from my family who did the same, so, I think, the smaller the better. XD
