    It is a very complex question and a yes or a no doesn't really answer it. This question could also be asked multiple ways.

    - Are we living too long based on our impact on the earth/world?
    - Are we living too long because we get bored with life after 50 or something like that?
    - Are we living too long because most animals live shorter lives which makes us assholes?

    With modern medicine, everyone's living longer. The population of pretty much everywhere is getting too high. That doesn't mean we should be killing people off at a certain age!
