Do you think that batman v. superman will be a sucess

Do you guys think that when Batman v. Superman comes out, will it be a great success, both finically and critically or just finically but eventually flop, or just be meh. My personal opinion is that while it does seem to have major potential to be critically a good movie from what I saw in the movie trailer, and I'm trying to be open minded on the casting of the character( especially with Jesse Einberg as Lex Luther)since many people judge Heath Ledger as the joker before but after the film is considered a legendary performance, hopefully they do the characterization of the characters right( especially with haft of Justice League in the film, which worries me a bit) But I want to personally know you guys opinion on this.
