Do you think that a psychopath /socipath is only a person who kills ?

In your opinion , do you think that only a person who kills others and has no empathy for other people is a psychopath/sociopath ? OR if a person does any of the (below) things she/he could be a psychopath /Sociopath?
Like:

stealing other people's things without feeling guilty
Excessive Lying
Being VERY charming
Being RUDE and will say ANYTHING he /she wants without feeling shy or scared ,like talk about sex or disgusting things or horrific things or intimate issues...etc
Commits sexual harassment
Cheating on the wife/Husband
Taking another person's identity
Talks about other people's secrets out in the open even in front of the person who told him/her the secret
Gossips A LOT without feeling guilty
Has LOTS of Anger
When a family member dies he/she talks about death casually or writes about death casually and doesn't change his/her picture to a sad pic , keep the happy picture (just to maintain an image )
Is obsessed with being famous and loved

Yes the Psychopath/Sociopath is only the one who kills . 5

    First of all, a Psychopath and sociopath are the same thing, the two different names come from seperate doctors that were arguing about it. Psychopathy was the original name for it. And far more Psychopath's never kill anyone than those that do, 1 in every 100 people is Psychopathic. You know one, everyone knows one. It's likely that there is atleast one other Psychopath on IIN, infact i'm sure you could almost guess another one.

    I was court order diagnosed as ASPD, i'm technically a Psychopath but i don't suffer from sadism. I'm glib, never held a job more than 3 months, charming, unable to plan for the future, a hypochondriac, prone to boredom, a liar, i'm criminally versatile, no conscience in regards to anyone but myself, and most of all i have a great sense of humor, i've been to jail with other Psychopaths and without fail they're funny. Psychopaths aren't a big deal, you know people like this. And i'm a NICE GUY to others, i just wouldn't feel bad if something bad happened to them, it's sort of like not there, i know what it is, but it's not there. I've tried to force myself to be upset over people and it doesn't work.

    Look up "hare's checklist" , there's your answer.

    It's not a term that you can have an "opinion" about, it's a fixed personality with diagnostic criteria in place.

    Psychopaths are probably more likely to be killers but they often become killers being they are psychopaths. They don't become psychopaths because they are killers.

    A psychopath and sociopath are the exact same thing. They are what you would call a person with antisocial personality disorder.

    No; people kill for different reasons. Some people are just lust murders who don't have empathy for their victims but perhaps other people. Some people kill for revenge. But all in all, in with dappled, killing doesn't make you a sociopath.

    Yea, but also a Narcissist has no empathy for others , so not ONLY the psychopath has no empathy for others.

    I am going to say this since this is what we were taught in psychology. Some people lack empathy as part of a disorder and are very cold and unfeeling. However these people do not always become serial killers. Thought many serial killers have this disorder.

    Also, I wouldn't say people that have those traits equal to a sociopath/psychopath.

    I have atleast 80% of what you listed down, and my mind is perfectly fine.

    Some people are fucked up whether it be a male or female. I as a male sometimes go to a different city and make characters for myself and sleep with women who think I'm something I'm not, than I go home and be good.

    As for sociopaths, a lot of people are sociopaths, and not all, maybe not even most are killers.
