The whole question is an oxymoron as there are no GOOD rappers. They are just a bunch of guys who can't sing and have found a way to pull the stupidest girls out there, by getting onstage and acting all dumb and silly. Yo, yo, that be true you know!
There are a lot of better rappers, but I still dig his style. Madvillainy is one of my favorite albums, he and Madlib are a match made in heaven. Madlib just makes everything better though I think. Look it up if you don't know what I'm talking about
