Do you think i need to lose more weight?
Okay so I ever since I was in grade 4 I've been bigger then most people my age. But when I was in grade 7 I REALLY started feeling self concious about myself I'd actually look at myself in the mirror and put my belly way out and actually think to myself that I LOOK like I'm pregnant. I was so awful to myself over my body (I still am).
So I started eating healthy and exercising around the age of 13-14 and I have lost 30lbs.
But a year ago I just stopped, I didn't stop eating healthy and exercising I stopped losing. But I'm still not comfortable with my weight! I still feel very self concious but I CAN'T lose!
I'm 5'8 and 170lbs. I am fairly big boned (which I HATE).
Before I started I was 5'5 and 200lbs.
So how much do you think I need to lose or do you think I'm fine at the weight I'm at?
