Do you think i need to lose more weight?

Okay so I ever since I was in grade 4 I've been bigger then most people my age. But when I was in grade 7 I REALLY started feeling self concious about myself I'd actually look at myself in the mirror and put my belly way out and actually think to myself that I LOOK like I'm pregnant. I was so awful to myself over my body (I still am).
So I started eating healthy and exercising around the age of 13-14 and I have lost 30lbs.
But a year ago I just stopped, I didn't stop eating healthy and exercising I stopped losing. But I'm still not comfortable with my weight! I still feel very self concious but I CAN'T lose!
I'm 5'8 and 170lbs. I am fairly big boned (which I HATE).
Before I started I was 5'5 and 200lbs.
So how much do you think I need to lose or do you think I'm fine at the weight I'm at?

No you're fine, eat whatever you want 3
No you're fine, but still eat healthy and exercise 35
Lose 10lbs more and you're good 10
Lose 20lbs more and you're good 16
Lose 30lbs more and you're good 18
Wow you have a long way to go! Fatty! 20

    You should only lose weight for yourself, and bare in mind that not all guys like skinny girls.

    im not good at math and it doesnt matter people shouldnt be judged anyway besides people do really need to lose weight if its real serious like they are about to die

    In 7th grade I weighed 270 and measured in at about 5`5. I felt like every one was talking behind my back so I movated my self to go on. Over that summer I lost 50 pounds, I felt so better just rember it dosent mattre what you look like, its the heart.

    lol your average! you should overeat on junk food, it feels so good! i and my girlfriend overeat, because its fun and it turns us on!

  • Depends on your frame size and breasts size I'd say start off with losing 20lbs then calculate your waist to height ratio. For your height being 5'5 aim for 32/33 inch for larger frame and if looks to big aim for 30. For medium frame aim for 29/30 waist if its too big aim for 28. And for a small frame aim for 26 waist.

    When (too much or too little) weight starts to affect your HEALTH, then it's a problem.

    If you're in good health, don't waste energy worrying about a few pounds.

    I'm 5'8" and 155lbs.. But I work out and play sports, so it's probably muscle that contributes to my weight. Advice try to lose a little more weight [10 pounds]...

    You could try a juice fast, that's what I did and I went from 140 to 125, I'm 5'9 if that matters.

    • no I don't use those kind of products I don't want to lose it fast and have to eat/drink something everyday to keep it off because I know I won't stick to that! Oh and your weight for your height isn't healthy it's right at underweight.

    If you can't lose the weight, that's the weight you are supposed to be. people are built differently and its a myth that everyone can have a perfect body with diet and exercise. Just make sure youre nicely toned and you'll look good.
