Do you think humans could end the world?

If we wanted to, do you think that humanity could actually destroy Earth?

Do you think we could make weapons powerful enough to actually end the world?

And how do you think we could do it? Comment about it.

Note: I don't actually want to destroy the world. This is just a question.

End the world? No. Destroy ourselves? Yes. The Earth will not care if we destroyed ourselves and will live on for millions of years after we're gone.

I don't know. I think we might be able to destroy the Earth.

But this wouldn't end the world, since the rest of the universe would still be intact.

As Spiral life forms, we are constantly evolving, always moving forward, slowly turning closer into the next stage of being. Eventually though, you run out of places to dig; that is when the drill stops. We are carving a path to our own extinction and there is nothing we can do to stop it. Cruel, unpredictable, self distucitve; this is the way of all Spiral life.

Either man will eradicate man or nature will do it. It is a foregone conclusion that mankind is doomed. There are many scientists who believe it is already too late to stop climate change. And all so a few can get horribly rich.
Yes, mankind can, and probably will, destroy the earth, and you may live to see it.

Our self-destruction will happen sometime in the next 1000 years. Let's terraform the cool layers of the atmosphere of Venus with genetically modified extremophile microbes. Kind of a legacy contribution to life in the galaxy.

We are on the fast track should a psycho harness the technology of a nuclear bomb and straps it to their chest and screaming to the sky telling his 14 virgin wives he will be home for dinner soon.
