A guy and I work in the same professional facility but we work for different companies. He asked to get to know me and I acted genuinely interested, however, I already had dated someone in the facility 5 years ago. So I was scared of course. I guess he didn’t know how to approach the situation or idk wtf you guys tell me … but instead of inviting me to a spot to get to know me - he just invited me to his house randomly at 11 pm at night ….. I found that strange because that’s code for let’s have sex. I felt disrespected and I asked him … he said that was not his intend he wanted to talk to me. Lol lord I’m laughing right now. However ever since I laid down the law of no that won’t happen he has not texted me ever since. I also came off as emotionally unavailable because I have went through some shit.

    I don’t think he singled you out as a “hoe”, he is likely someone who tries his luck with plenty of women.

    He flirted with you, wanted to progress to friends with benefits then lost interest when you turned that down. I don’t see anything odd about that. You did the right thing by refusing something you didn’t want to do.
