I think "sometimes" is the best option here. If you are a responsible parent and can financially and emotionally support a child then having a few kids is fine. Keeping in mind that population growth is exponential and further straining already over taxed natural resources is not conducive to sustainability. Nobody needs 10 fucking kids. However, if you're already on government assistance and can't support yourself, or say you can't, you have no business bringing another human for me to support into this world. if you are physically abusive, don't birth yourself a little punching bag. Likewise, If you're mentally abusive don't have a child to emotionally scar.

It cost roughly $2000 to birth a child. Roughly $3000 a year to raise a child. So you tell me, is having a child right for you?.

Having kids responsibly is not wrong. At one child per couple, which is a responsible number, you will halve the population, whereas 2 kids maintains the population. Anything more than 2 children, (what reason could there possibly be to have more than 2?) is wholly irresponsible, and should be outlawed by every government on this planet.

Ultimately, someone has to have babies. If everyone suddenly had children at, say, half the rate they do now, it would result in demographic collapse when the next generation rolls around. If anything, you could say that it's immoral not to have children when you have the means to provide for them.
