This is kinda of a stupid question. I think no one knows whether ghosts exist in the first place. I often wonder if ghosts are watching me though, and I sometimes tell them: “if you're there, I'm sorry for being so retard, but you shouldn't be watching me, because one should have the right to some privacy”
