In person is my favorite but i end up texting a lot more then any of the other answers (:
I am annoyed with texting. Those text whores out there can keep that texting nonsense to themselves and learn how to read and write for goodness sake. I don't want to translate some abbreviated crap into my own language.
I never talk on the phone anymore... i prefer to text. boy have times changed
I don't text, as apparently I'm one of few now who actually doesn't have a cell phone. I talk on the phone, but mostly email or IM online.
talking on the phone is weird and alot of awkard silence in txtin you can just be like brb cuz you dont wanna talk to them
I actually reconnect with my friends through skype (or steam) but if they're in the area in person of course!
I text the most... It's official, I have zero social life! :-D My last phone had a really cool text message ring tone of Gilbert Gottfried.
I *prefer* to talk in person, because it's just easier and more fun. However texting, followed my IM is the thing I do most, cuz I'm not nearby my friends.
I text often, I IM often, but talking in person is always the best. Talking over the phone, I find awkward in all situations.
I hate talking over the phone. It's annoying. So I like texting as long as they are not txt n00bz liek muh ma. she ish zsooo annoyn' w/her little mssgs y I can't reed half of wat she ish tryin 2 txt 2 me & it makes me wanna keel her zsooo bad lol
I have to read it out loud and ask my coworkers wtf is my mother trying to say and they are like idk o.o
I text or IM, I hate talking to people directly or over-the-phone, things always get so awkward.
I would rather talk in person, but I like to text. I'm not a phone person at all.
I talk in person almost all the time. I text when I got nothing to do or when I'm in public so that no one could get in my business. I call when I'm busy doing something like driving or something
I have no need to text. I need to communicate with people, by talking to them face to face. You can only send/receive messages with texting. You cannot "listen to body language" texting to see if they are telling the truth..
In person. Most people are different online/phone, and I hate that. I have a stalker online. The online community is WIERD :/
i dont mind texting but talking on the phone is alot better for me people nowadays lack real social interaction because all they do is text and then when someone calls they dont know what to say.
I like texting the most because it's less intrusive. It's ruder not to answer a call than to text back at a later time when you're ready.
if txt messaging didnt exist then it would be in person. besides txt messaging has always existed as in passing out notes to each other in class or if ur in a no talking zone
I would have to say in person because I like eye contact and want to see others expressions on their faces. but I always end up texting. its like a contagious disease.
I voted for 'Txt messaging' although I'd gladly rather talk to someone in person, haha.
I prefer to communicate with my voice. But given a choice I would choose to talk in person.
i dont get why more people are texting more than talking nowadays. Yea it avoids small talk, but doesn't talking seem faster instead of having to type out a whole sentence, send it, and wait for the person to reply (if they feel like doing it right away, or they can just say "brb" and be gone for an hour).
I would rather Talk in person, but often thats not possible. my best friend lives nearly seven hours away, and all of my closest friends (excluding my best friend mentioned above) live in other states.
so texting and IM'ing are the best I can do
I'd prefer talking in person but I usually end up texting unless it is a family member or a call I knew would be a pretty long conversation. Even though I text I actually kind of hate it--its so annoying.
Depends. I phone to my family members and use IRC/any-other-instant-message-thing with friends.
I used to love to talk on the phone but I have this friend who won't ever let me get two words in so texting is great! It lets you do other things while still communicating with loved ones or best friends.
I like talking on the phone more but sometimes I don't really want to talk to them or can't cause im in school or something
I usually text cuz its quick and easy. the only ppl i call is my parents. sometimes i go on aim but not often cuz hardly anyone is ever online.
