I completely support homosexuality, but for some reason I'm indifferent to gay marriage. Perhaps because I find marriage pretty pointless altogether.
Nothings wrong with that.... So i say yes.
And gay couples should have all the rights to get children too..
But if a girl with a beard ever crawls out of a gay mans asshole yelling "Kill me... KILL ME". Then things have officially fucked up.
I don't support it because I don't want to pander to a bunch of people I couldn't give a fuck about just to feel better about myself and fit in.
I say this not out of spite but as a fact, it's 7pm, freezing out, and I don't give a shit about gay rights, gay people, and the uninspired joke that is gay culture.
I would not vote for or against it. I think that only gays should have a say on that. I don't have an opinion on that subject and it's kind of weird because most of my closest friends are homosexuals.
If straight people would eat shit on a regular basis, gay people would want to do that too. Just to be like them.
It just seems like people against gay marriage hold marriage in such high esteem, but marriage is a crap-shoot for over 50% of the United States population. In the military the divorce rate is something like 75%!! With stats like that what's the point even? There is nothing sacred about how we butcher it.
If we as a society are going to continue sticking with this whole marriage thing then I hope any one at all can beat those kinds of odds and still be happy and in-love.
As a straight person i think that If straight people can get married than y can't gay people do the same they would probably be even better at it less divorce
They should be allowed to marry like anybody else - they're still human and have rights (and I'm straight so this isn't a biast opinion).
Let them have civil unions like they wanted in the beginning but don't change the definition of traditional marriage. It's reserved for normal and natural relationships, for one man and one woman.
I'm indifferent about it. I don't see why they have to be married, why can't they just be in a relationship like many straight people are?? People make such a big deal of it and act as if the world hates gay people and we are depriving them of the right to love when really it just means you have a piece of paper which says you're married. I wish everyone would just shut the fuck up about it.
