Aww I found an elephant:D!!!! Look at the hand side ways, it looks like an adorable little elephant feeding the man a red pill. Can you see it? Ok, I just went back and looked again and the elephant/hand isn't very noticeable or even elephant-ish that much. But awww, I kind of ended up getting excited when I saw that! Aww, elephants!:D

Anyway, I've failed, I can't see the bloody man. Damn it!

Right next to his ear, his head is suddenly cuts off in the near side, and continues in the far side. If you look inbetween the two spots, there is nothing in there. Clearly his head is hollow, and as such there cannot be a person inside the coat of pills. Case closed.

OH, I see it now.
It looks like a man made of pills.
I can't fully make it out, but I think he has his hand up looking like he's holding another pill.

It just like came to me, like pop and there he was/

What do you mean by through the layers? No I can't, I do not have xray vision.
All I see is bunch of pills in a figure of a man? It's not impressive, special or interesting.

If you focus on one point and keep looking youll start to see an image (though the obvious one) as if it was painted but not exactly a normal image/photo of a person. A perfil shadowed face... nothing amazing though, there are better images in that sense.
