    I own a 3 bedroom 2 bath house. large back yard so I can have a garden. I like it. No land lord telling me what to do.

    I stupidly own a home I hastily cosigned for back in 2008. At the time I was like, 19 and I was tired of my family and I constantly moving into moldy, overcrowded, vermin infested houses. Now I'm still stuck paying for it and because of the area it's in, it's NOT going to sell if I tried. I wanted to leave this place, but I can't. If I could go back, I'd stop myself from being an idiot.

      Yeah owning isn't always good! I feel like I'll have a hard time selling my apartment one day.

        I thought of renting it out, but then realized that it's out of the question for me. I've seen so many cases of people renting to others and the tenants would eventually stop paying and use every trick in the book to stay for free while damaging the property.

    I live with my mother, but I would eventually like to own a loft. Then maybe a house out in the country that I can go to sometimes. I like the country, but I can't live out there for to long.

    Homeowner. 3 br, 3 bath, skylights, jacuzzi, huge kitchen. Paid for. I live here alone, I don't know why.
