Do you pefer a male or female boss???

I'm just gonna assume other means Female Boss, I am Female:P

I'm female and much rather have a male boss men are far more understanding than women and I.M.O they're easier to talk to. T.B.H I find women to be really narky. I'm always suspicius of them and I alwyas get the feeling that they're looking down on me I suppose another women is like a rival. I wonder if men feel like this about other men? xxxx

I had a female boss that was too much of a dumb ass so she got demoted then they got another female boss and it was the same crap so I prefer a male boss

I've had many bosses over the years and much prefer men. Women have a hard time separating personal feelings from business feelings or decisions. If a female boss doesn't like you for whatever reason, whether it is your personality, appearance, etc it won't matter how well you do your job, you won't advance, get good raises, or be treated well. Of course if she likes you it could work out well even if you are bad at your job.

Men tend to better separate their personal feelings from decisions as a manager.
