Once I become a homeowner, I would like to get a shotgun for protection against aggressive animals.
I own a gun for whenever the johovah's witnesses come to the door. They are like "hello sir are you interested in taking a leaflet?" i'm like "my this gun is very dangerous. If i aimed it at someone and pulled the trigger i dread to think what damage i could cause. Actually give me some leaflets, they'll come in handy for lighting my fire....".
Since when is a gun necessary to defend against Jehova's Witnesses? Are you afraid they might convert you? They are armed with a book and some paper, and probably a few words. ooh scary.
I have little need for a gun. Don't hunt, not a hit man, and people don't attack me.
I invite them in and then turn around and say "evil brethren, the human sacrifices have arrived"...
I live in Australia and not many people get shot, if you live in a dangerous area here you can always move to another suburb where it's not anywhere near as dangerous. I think if you don't own a gun you can be sure you'll never shoot anybody with it.
I have a bushmaster with .223 & 7.62 uppers, a Mac10 .45cal, mberg m500 pump 12g. w/dual pistol grips, and makarov 7.62x 29., several breech load 12g. shotguns. Guns are an equalizer in an unequal society. An armed society is a polite society. :)
Hunting, defense, and sport..picked hunting because that's the most frequent use of them personally.
Yep, mostly for hunting. Occasionally for self defense against crack heads trying to steal my candy or Jehovah's witnesses trying to get me to take their pamphlets. Unless its cold outside, in which case I put away the 12 gauge and turn the garden hose on them. Just as effective.
Im a hit man who goes hunting for sport, but if i accidently take someone out i claim it to be self defense.
Yes, because in the event of a gunfight, I don't want to be the one standing there with a knife.
Its my husband's and its a mixture of self defense and I guess sport. I've had some weapons training through the military, but I've never done anything with his.
I carryy xd 45 almost everywhere for protection. I'd rather have it and not need it than be caught up shit creek without a paddle. I've never had to shoot at anyone, but I have had to pull it out a couple of times. Once to lay three guys out that were breaking into a house, and once to make this guy following me fuck off. It was like 2am and I was walking home with my iPad in my hand and Bose headphones on. This creeper followed me almost all thr way to my complex, 7 zig zag blocks from my work. And carrying A 2500$ grabNrun I decided to scare him off before I had to shoot him
Love how the question is "do you own a gun?", which is a yes or no question, but neither of which appear in the possible responses . . . I would have answered in the negative, as would the vast majority of these good people I would hope.
no guns allowed by the people here... only military and police.
never seen a gun in my life.
I own somewhere in the area of 25 guns. Shotguns, rifles, and pistols mostly, mostly from an inheritance from my grandfather. A few I bought myself though. My favorite is a Ruger M77, stainless steel/synthetic. That beautiful weapon has feed me through many winters as I am an avid hunter.
i own a gun......its actually a can opener...a really,really old school can opener,but it works
I constantly have to have a gun close enough to get to it within one second. the problem is that the assasinator would need to get close enough, when I always have at least ten people watching me at all times. They know everything that happens with me.
.500 S&W Revolver with a chrome 8.38" size barrel and a firm black leather grip its really comfortable to hold
yes i do..because they ensure stupid ppl leave me alone and i make sure it's seen
