Do you notice when someone has a boring/monotonous voice?

i un-knowingy talk in a really monotonous voice. i did it for a long time without knowing, but i recently realized it and it pisses me off. my question is, do you usually notice that right away in someone? or is it hard to notice/unimportant? IIN?
thanks

  • When I meet people who bore the fuck out of me I wait till I am alone with them and strangle them. Lol, dont worry i revive them so they never die it just teaches the fucks not to be so dull.

I don't really notice stuff like that. If you were giving a speech, then YES I would defiantly notice, probably fall asleep too. Don't stress about it, if people can't accept you for you then they can go fuck themselves.

I'm kind of with devilla on this one, but I do sort of have a high pitched kind of voice myself. However, I cant stand those people that are happy/peachy all the time, so once in a while I think its better to hear a more monotonous voice it's more like, "Yo, this is reality punk! This is life! Get used to it.".

  • Well I don't know sometimes it can be that way but every now and then I feel like I don't speak like a monotone and it doesn't feel like it drags on and on and on and on but it's just the mind's animus expressing itself visa via words in fact words themselves are meaningless if they don't have the things they stand for behind them much like a candy chocolate is meaningless if it doesn't have the candy goodness inside of it it is without purpose and has no definitive definition.

I agree that it's noticeable and annoying. I suppose you could try singing, reciting poetry, monologues, or really anything that'll make you focus on pitch.

  • i think id rather that than high ptiched and excitable or emphatic & stressing words (i wait till there back is turned and pop in my foam friends) muffled is better
