    There are various cookie-related traditions in my family for the Christmas. I make and decorate shortbread cookies, but nobody really likes gingerbread cookies. I wanted to make gingerbread houses last year, but because of the gingerbread dislike and the fact that decorating the houses is the truly fun part, I just used graham crackers.

    Not always, but I've never grown tired of decorating them intricately and then removing their limbs with my teeth.
